It’s inevitable that something will go wrong with technology at the most inopportune time. We get it.
Therefore, Trinity Klein provides simple, basic technical support for its Digital Ministries. The intention of the following pages is to provide you with troubleshooting tips that resolve most technical issues.
Where do you begin? Choose the platform with which you are having issues. Trinity Klein conducts digital ministries on three different platforms:
- Trinity Klein App
- TrinityKlein.Live
- Zoom

Choose Your Platform
In the Trinity Klein App, you can read weekly devotionals, watch past messages/full worship services, listen to podcasts, watch kids videos, and more.
On TrinityKlein.Live, you can watch live broadcasts of worship, chat with other people in the chat room, and pray with someone in real-time.
Many of our ministries, especially Grow Ministry, participate via Zoom. This is includes Bible classes, Voters Meetings, and more.
