“The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them.” Psalm 34:7
How many times have you felt like you had to do something on your own, or that no one around you really got what you were going through? It’s simply a lie that Satan loves for us to believe: that we are all on our own. We when we believe this, we become even more isolated and struggle even more with our worries. But when we finally have our eyes opened up to the fact that not only has God encamped around us, but that He has also placed around a whole circle of family and friends who can supports, a whole new world opens up to us.
Have you been struggling lately to see the Lord’s encampment around you? Have you been struggling to see the people God has placed in your life? Today is the day, to look around and see the Lord and the people he has surrounded you with.
Not only will you feel less alone, but perhaps these people in your life will also feel more connected to you. It’s a bold step to involve someone deeper into your life, but the boldest of steps can also have the greatest positive outcomes.
