Coaching is partnering with an individual in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the person being coached to maximize their personal and professional potential to move toward the person they desire to become. In our case, that means moving toward the disciple that God created and called us to be.
One simple way to describe coaching is this: it’s about helping a person get from where they are, to where they want to be. Coaching is about deepening awareness and creating action.
Pastor Gene is available to coach you toward a life that is wholly influenced by Jesus. He can also coach around many other life situations with a Christ-centered focus; such as: grief and loss, change or transition, parenting and family life, and many others.
